As professor of auditing and accounting with the University of Applied Sciences Flensburg, Martin Klem specializes in auditing, financial reporting and group reporting under IFRS and German GAAP. He is expert reviewer of the official German IFRS translation for the EU Commission since 2015 and previously worked for the IASB on their German IFRS translation. His area of work also includes national and international audit engagements of individual or consolidated financial statements under IFRS and German GAAP, IFRS implementation and conversion projects, business valuation and due diligence projects.
